The next question almost always sounds the same: how did you go from poverty to a stable and достойный standard of living? There is no short answer. If simplified to the core — I worked hard. At 14, I joined the assembly line at the Saransk Excavator Plant. At 18, I began working at a boarding school for hearing-impaired and deaf children, engaging in academic and teaching activities. At the same time, I studied at university, trained intensively, and competed in sports events. That period taught me discipline, responsibility, and the ability to see things through to completion.
When I am asked who I am, I usually answer simply: entrepreneur and investor, founder of the Avicenna Group of Companies, husband, father, athlete, friend.
I continue to grow and move forward — not only in business but in life as a whole. Among meetings, projects, and ideas, I always find time for family and sports — two pillars that give me stability and a simple yet precise understanding: I am alive. And that means I can accomplish much more.
In 2025, my son and I created the "Agi Go" team, which implements artificial intelligence solutions to accelerate business growth and teaches effective AI usage in professional and everyday life.
In 2018, a new phase began, connected with technology, automation, and digital models. During this period, the "Avicenna Group" was formed — a scientific and production ecosystem in the fields of health, longevity, and quality of life. Today, Avicenna develops biohacking products, eco-friendly home solutions, and custom-designed unique products, operating at the intersection of science, technology, and practical application.
In 2015, the Business Perfection Institute was founded — a project in organizational and management consulting. Over time, it evolved into the international social and educational platform fenix, focused on mindset development, personal effectiveness, and sustainable life strategies. Thousands of people across dozens of countries have completed the platform’s programs.
By the early 2000s, I began actively cooperating not only with Russian but also with international companies, as well as governmental and quasi-governmental organizations in the areas of motivation, leadership, strategy, and business development. Gradually, I developed an expert specialization in managing and scaling complex systems. I designed practical methodologies focused not on abstract success but on measurable results in real-world conditions. During this period, I firmly established myself as a consultant and began systematically developing this direction.
In 1992, at the age of 21, I began my entrepreneurial journey. My first project was the alternative medicine clinic “Diona,” specializing in functional and psychocorrection methods. This was followed by the creation of a large retail network operating across the former Soviet Union. The business environment of the 1990s was a tough but unique school that cannot be replicated under different conditions. I am sincerely grateful to the people who went through that stage with me — partners, mentors, and even opponents.
The collapse of the Soviet Union became a turning point for an entire generation. The new Russia opened opportunities for those willing to take risks and assume responsibility. I was ready. I had ideas and inner energy that I wanted to bring to life.
Are you really interested in when I was born, where I studied, or what my children’s names are? Unlikely. I believe I can give a far more accurate understanding of who I am than a list of titles and formal milestones. My life experience is who I am. Have I made mistakes? Many. Have I fallen hard? Yes. Was it easy to get back up? Not at all. It was those steps — bold and cautious, successful and unsuccessful — not diplomas or awards, that ultimately shaped me into the person I am today.
One of the most frightening diagnoses a person can give themselves is: “It’s too late.”
